Crown 6-15/16" - 2

This concave 6-15/16" - 2 crown mould measures 6.950" wide by 1.250" thick, requiring the use of six quarter lumber for milling, and is sprung (lying horizontally flat) on an industrial-grade molder. The scooped-out terminating profile features a 5/8" tall vertical line segment on the top left. The line joins a 5/8" wide by 5/8" tall perpendicular notch and a 4-23/32" radius cove with a 37/64" broad flat line on the lower right side of the design. The set spring angles are at thirty-seven & fifty-three degrees, which are included in the downloadable DXF (drawing exchange file) available below; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 5-1/2" tall with a projection of 4-1/4" across the top.
