Crown 7" - 34

This intriguing 7" - 34 crown mould measures 7.005" width by 1.000" thickness authorizing the use of five quarter lumber for machining sprung (lying horizontally flat) on an industrial-grade molder. The beautiful supporting profile contains a 51/64" quarter round convex arc joined to a 15/32" vertical line on the top left. The tall fillet connects to a free-flowing two tangent radius cyma recta merged with a 7/16" wide by 15/32" tall perpendicular lines in the center. The lower portion of the pattern consists of a 25/32" radius ovolo attached to a 3/8" vertical, by 61/64" horizontal line on the bottom right corner of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-5/8" tall with a projection of 5-9/32" across the top.
