This shallow 7" - 37 cavetto crown mould comprises a 9-29/32" concave semicircular arc in the center. The cove is flanked by a 3/16" wide by 3/16" tall perpendicular notch with a 23/64" straight vertical & horizontal line on the design's top left and bottom right corners. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-15/16" tall with a projection of 4-15/16" across the top. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 7-1/4" wide. The concave terminating profile measures 6.983" in width by .812" in thickness. The balanced terminating profile measures 6.983" in width by .813" in thickness.
The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. In most of our crown designs, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the back bevel angles to allow for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
