Crown 7-1/16" - 16

This large, lavish 7-1/16" - 16 crown mould measures 7.049" wide by 1.250" thick, requiring the use of six quarter lumber for milling, sprung (lying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The asymmetrical terminating profile is composed of a 3/8" high vertical line joined to a 9/16" cove and a 3/16" tall by 5/16" wide perpendicular notch on the top left, connected to a 3-49/64" concave semicircle in the center, attached to a 7/32" wide by 9/32" tall perpendicular notch with another 9/16" cavetto and a 3/8" broad line segment on the bottom right side of the design. To provide four even hold-down points during machining, the spring angles have been set at 36.209 and 53.791 degrees. These explicit back bevels keep the inner portion of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed. They also set the positioned height at 5-21/32" and the projection at 4-1/4".
