Crown Moulding 7-5/64" - 2

This large lavish crown moulding 7-5/64" - 2 measures 7.075" wide by 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The asymmetrical terminating profile is composed of a 3/8" high vertical line joined to a 9/16" cove and a 3/16" tall by 5/16" wide perpendicular notch on the top left, connected to a 3-49/64" concave semicircle in the center, attached to a 7/32" wide by 9/32" tall perpendicular notch with another 9/16" cavetto and a 3/8" wide horizontal line segment on the bottom right side of the design. In order to provide four even hold down points on the moulder while machining, the spring angles have been set at 36.209 and 53.791 degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the inner portion of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, they also set the positioned height at 5-21/32" tall with a projection of 4-1/4" wide.
