This Innovative Crown Moulding 7-7/16" - 3 measures 7.406" wide by .875" thickness with a depth of cut of .667" on the right vertical profile knives, a .648" depth of cut on the left set of blades, and a .492" depth of cut on the top horizontal cutters.

The lovely design is comprised of a two tangent cyma reversa in the middle, connected a small square beak profile with a 55/64" radius quarter round circle on the top. The lower section of the design consists of a 21/64" wide horizontal line attached to a 19/32" radius arc, with another smaller cyma reversa joined to a 11/32" wide horizontal line on the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 5-7/32" tall, with a projection of 5-1/4" wide. Two high points in the design were intentionally positioned on the same plane, our specialized design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the bed plates.
