Dentil 2-3/8"

This opulent dentil 2-3/8" measures 2.375" wide by 1.000" thickness. It will require five-quarter lumber to mill this profile. The pattern is comprised of a 1-1/16" wide by 5/16" tall raised fillet in the center, attached to a two tangent radius cyma reversa, connected to a small vertical line and a quarter round bead on the thin side.

This detail is manufactured on the left and right vertical cutterheads, enabling the width to be adjusted if desired; keep in mind, at this current width, the cross-cut dadoes are placed 1-1/16" apart to create a perfect square block when milled if you adjust the width you will need to mill the cross-cut accordingly.
