This interior door copes & stick 1-3/8" - 11 measures 1.375" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of six-quarter lumber; the width is milled to any specific size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The beautifully designed profile comprises a 1/4" tall by 13/16" wide tongue & groove joint in the center. There is a .006" slop in this area for excess glue to escape from during the assembly process, joined to a two tangent radius cyma recta with a 3/8" wide by 1/8" deep notch on the top and bottom edges of the design.
