Door Cope & Stick 3/4" - 4

This 3/4" - 4 cabinet door cope & stick measures .750" thickness. The width can be manufactured to any desired size within the capabilities of the milling machinery used to produce the pattern. The graceful profile comprises a two-tangent radius cyma recta, joined to a 7/32" tall by 1/2" wide tongue and groove with .006" of void in the joint area to allow excess glue to escape during assembly. Our high-precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
