This Glass Stop Moulding 9/16" – 1 measure .563" wide by .281" thickness with a .291" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of moulding knives. Caution, the moulding cutters will come within .010" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We suggest a wooden or phenolic plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.

The straightforward design consists of a 1/4" radius edge on each piece of moulding. The pattern enables the moulder operator to utilize fall off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom glass stop. As with all multiple-piece moulding operations, we suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the moulder before milling any of these types of profiles.
