This 3-11/16" door jamb measures 3.687" wide by 1.250" thick. It is a T-style jamb profile, with the center 1-1/8" higher by 1/2" than the rest of the profile at 3/4" thickness. Both edges of the elevated center portion are radiused by 1/8".
