This exterior 6-9/16" - 3 door jamb measures 6.562" wide by 1.219" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled from six-quarter lumber. The functional profile is comprised of a 2-1/8" wide by 1/2" deep rabbet with 1/16" eased edges on the top and sides of the detail. The saw kerf for the weather stripping is generally milled on either a molder universal spindle or a table saw after the milling process.
