This single rabbeted door jamb 7-1/4" measures 7.250" wide by 1.250" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 5-1/8" broad horizontal line with two 3/32" eased edges, connected to a 2-1/8" wide by 1/2" deep rabbet with a 3/32" radius edge. Both side edges of the pattern have a 3/16" tall vertical line for the casing to seat on, then they taper inward three degrees.
