The functional profile is comprised of a 5-21/32" wide by 1/2" deep stepped line attached to a 2-19/32" wide rabbeted area with 1/8" eased edges on all sharp corners. The weatherstrip groove is milled by a universal cutterhead or on a table saw or hand-held router after machining.
