This 1-1/2" - 4 cabinet face frame measures 1.500" wide by .813" thickness, allowing 1-3/4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The standard profile comprises a 1/4" broad half-round circle at both top corners of the design. It connects to a 1/16" wide by 5/32" deep fillet with a 7/8" wide flat line in the center. The half-round beads were intentionally recessed by .020" to allow for sanding after milling and assembly of the cabinet frame. The matching profile is available for your review and consideration, face frame 1.500" - 5. Here are a few different patterns with similar design characteristics you may want to look at, door rail 1.500" - 14 and face frame 1.500" - 3.
