This 2-13/16" cabinet door rail measures 2.812" in width by .781" in thickness, necessitating 3-1/16" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The beautiful detail comprises a shallow two-tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" eased upper edge on the top left. It connects to a 13/16" flat section transitioning into a 7/16" convex arc tangent to a 7/16" cove forming the scotia in the center. The scooped-out area joins two tiny beads divided by a small sunk fillet and a 7/32" cove with a 3/32" rolled edge above the dado for the panel.
