Cabinet Door Stile/Rail 3" - 60

This beautiful 3" - 60 cabinet door stile/rail measures 3.000" wide by .812" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined out of four quarter lumber. The attractive profile is composed of a 2-3/32" wide flat line with two 3/32" eased edges on the top center, connected to a 5/64" concave semicircle tangent off of a 7/32" radius arc, merged to a 9/64 horizontal fillet and 3/16" cove above the dado for the panel on the right side of the design. There is .015" built into the top of the pattern to allow for sanding without altering the detail after the milling process. We offer two different sized matching drawer fronts for this particular pattern for your review and consideration, drawer front 2.250" - 46 and drawer front 2.500" - 16.

Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during setup and milling of this profile. Our acrylic templates also provide sufficient blend areas on the knives, so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends. This specific design feature will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
