Edge Moulding 1" - 4

This Single Bead Edge Moulding 1" - 4 measures 1.000" thickness with a depth of cut of .688" on the left vertical moulding knives, this enables the width to be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the moulder used to machine the pattern.

The ovolo profile is comprised of a 3/8" tall vertical line at the bottom, attached to a 5/16" wide horizontal line that transitions into a 5/16" radius arc, with a 5/16" tall vertical fillet in the upper portion of the pattern.

This moulding design includes the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
