This 11/16" - 1 s-shaped edge measures .687" thickness, and the widths can adjusted to the required sizes during manufacturing. The profile consists of a simple cyma recta. It is composed of two 5/16" radius arcs, connected in tangent by a straight line. The profile protrudes 3/4" and is designed to be manufactured on the right spindle of a moulder, but can be produced on either; it could be used as a base, chair rail, or many other applications within the moulding industry.
