This elegant 2-1/4" - 2 fluted chair rail/casing measures 2.250" wide by .437" thickness. The beautiful profile is comprised of two 3/16" wide semicircular grooves divided by a 19/64" wide line in the center, flanked by a 23/64" wide horizontal line that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma recta/ogee on each side edge of the design.
Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
