This elegant 4-1/2" - 10 fluted casing measures 4.500" width by.750" thickness, enabling a 4-3/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The decorative profile contains three 1/2" broad concave semicircles divided by two 3/8" fillets on the top center. Each side edge contains a 31/32" flat line with a 5/32" tall by 5/32" wide forty-five-degree chamfer on the upper corners. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 4-3/4" wide.
