Fluted 4-1/2" - 11
This 4-1/2" - 11 fluted pilaster measures 4.500" in width by 1.250" in thickness and requires 4-3/4" wide blanks of six-quarter lumber for machining an industrial moulder. The unique symmetrical profile contains two one-inch wide concave semicircles on the top center. These are flanked by two 3/4" broad shallow flutes connected to a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature with a 5/32" line segment leaving a 1/8" thickness on each side edge of the design. The recommended rough wood rip size using six-quarter lumber is 4-3/4" wide.
