This 4-1/2" - 9 fluted pilaster measures 4.500" in width by .750" in thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The well-balanced profile contains four 1/2" wide concave semicircles divided by five 1/2" wide line segments in the center and on each side edge of the design. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 4-3/4" wide.
