1-1/2" Full Round
This complete round dowel pattern 1.500" measures 1.500" in width by 1.500" in thickness. The simplistic profile of a 3/4" radius circle can be of the most challenging designs to mill on industrial machinery. By design, our acrylic templates and knives provide ample blend areas, so nobody will realize where one cutter begins or ends. These specific design features will substantially increase yield during milling, saving time and money. The recommended rough wood rip size using eight-quarter lumber is 1-3/4" wide.
The current combined high-speed steel knife & template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. Print a copy of our fraction-decimal-millimeter chart and place it on the machinery around the shop to help operators save time and increase accuracy during setup procedures.
