1-7/8" Full Round

This 1-7/8" full round measures 1.875" wide by 1.875" thick. The profile is a complete circular design that will require four cutterheads to accomplish the milling process, right, left, top, and bottom; the detail is split into four equal parts with a slight overlap to ensure a good blending area on the next cutter. There is also a template design for milling this same detail on a shaper; it differs in design by milling half the pattern. You will have to make two passes on a shaper to complete the profile.
