This full round, 2-5/8", measures 2.625" in both thickness and width. To mill the complete circle design, it will require four cutterheads, right, left, top, and the second bottom. Full-round dowels can be some of the more complex patterns to produce on a molder; with our quarter-circle layout and overlapping blend areas, this profile should require minimal manufacturing effort.
