1-1/8" Half Round
This 1-1/8" half round measures 1.125" wide by .563" thickness. The convex profile comprises a 9/16" radius half circle. This pattern is not intended to be used for milling a bullnose detail; it has no blend area in the knife design because it is being milled from the top cutter head; please search our bullnose profiles for a nosing that mills from either the right or left cutterheads, these designs have blend areas built into the cutters that will never show the transition from different sets of knives.
Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
