1-1/2" Half Round - 1

This half-round 1-1/2" - 1 measures 1.500" wide by .625" thickness. The arched profile comprises a 49/64" radius half-round circle. This pattern is not intended for milling a bullnose detail; the knife design has no blend area because it is milled from the top cutter head. Search our bullnose 1.500" nosings. All those profiles mill from the right or left cutterheads; they all have blend areas built into the blades so no one will notice where one knife begins and the other cutter ends.

Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
