3/4" Half Round - 1

This 3/4" half round - 1 measures .750" wide by .375" thickness, with a .380" depth of cut on the top horizontal cutters. Caution; the moulding knives will come within .015" of the moulder bed plates; we suggest a wooden sacrificial bed plate be used when milling this detail.

The convex profile is comprised of three 3/8" radius half-round circles with two 5/32" wide splitters in the middle. As with every splitting operation, we recommend installing an anti-kickback device on the moulder before attempting to mill any of our multiple profiles. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while tripling production in a third of the amount of time with this creative split three custom knife profile. The rough lumber size for this detail would be about 2-13/16" wide.
