This
premium handrail 1-3/4" - 3 measures 1.750" wide by 2.125" tall, allowing the pattern to be milled from eight-quarter lumber. The symmetrical profile is composed of three tangent radius semicircular arcs on top, connected to a 3/4" radius concave curve that creates a beautifully contoured finger grip area, joined to a decorative 5/32" vertical line segment at the bottom of the pattern, a dado for mounting hardware or balusters could be milled into the bottom of the rail if desired.
This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for producing knives for this beautiful handrail. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken computer numerical control (CNC) tool path expediting the production process.
