This distinguished 2-3/8" - 10 handrail measures 2.375" width by 3.625" tall, requiring the use of glued-up pieces of five, six or eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The decorative profile contains a 1-3/4" broad round top, connected to a 5/16" radius concave sides forming a comfortable finger grip with tangent angled sides that flare out to the full 2-3/8" width. The lower portion retains a fancy recessed half bead flanked by a vertical line segment with 3/64" eased edges; the bottom of the design maintains a 1-3/8" wide by 1/4" deep dado for balusters.
