Handrail 2-3/8" - 12
This bulb-shaped 2-3/8" - 12 handrail measures 2.375" width by 2.375" tall. The detail will require the use of glued-up pieces of four, five, six, or eight-quarter lumber for milling on industrial moulder. The symmetrical pear-shaped profile contains a 1-21/64" convex arc on top. The rounded upper section connects to a 7/8" radius bowed sides tangent to a one-inch concave semicircle, creating a comfortable finger grip area in the center. Merged with a decorative 1/4" tall by 1/8" wide notch with 3/64" eased edges, leaving a 1-3/8" broad flat section on the bottom of the design.
