This decorative 2-3/4" - 15 handrail measures 2.750" wide by 2.281" thickness, necessitating glued-up pieces of four, five, or six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The profile comprises a bidirectional eleven-degree beveled top with 9/32" radius corners. The sides consist of inward-angled lines for aesthetics and comfort when grasping the rail, attached to a teardrop-shaped bead with a small fillet on the bottom side of the railing.
