Handrail 2-3/4" - 28
This lovely 2-3/4" - 28 oval handrail measures 2.750" wide by 1.750" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of glued-up four, or solid eight-quarter lumber. The egg-shaped profile comprises four tangent radiuses that produce an elliptical oval shape. The bottom flat portion measures 1-3/16" wide, there is also an optional dado (not shown) for the bottom that measures 9/16" wide by 3/4" tall, this is for placing the rail on top of a vertically installed glass balustrade.
