This extravagant 3" - 15 handrail measures 3.000" wide by 3.500" tall, requiring the design to be machined out of glued-up pieces of four, five, six, or eight-quarter lumber. The custom profile comprises a wave with two tangent radius semicircular arcs on top. The symmetrical sides consist of a recessed 9/16" tall half-round bead in the upper portion, tangent to a free-flowing comfortable finger gripping area in the center. The lower portion is comprised of a tiny 1/8" bead joined to a larger 1-3/32" bulging semicircle that merges with a 37/64" tall half round on the bottom side edges, the plow for the balusters measures 1-3/4" wide by 3/8" deep.
