Handrail 3" - 22

This modest 3" - 22 handrail measures 3.000" width by 2.500" thickness, necessitating the use of glued-up pieces of four, five, and six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The subtle pattern contains a 2-7/32" radius convex semicircular arc on top. The sides retain an 11/16" bowed outer edge in the upper portion, tangent to a 63/64" concave semicircle creating the center's finger grip area, with a 1/4" tall half-circle on the lower corners of the design. The plow dimensions for the balusters on the bottom is 1-1/2" wide by 3/8" deep leaving a 3/4" width measurement on each side of the dado.
