Handrail 4-7/16"

This unique 4-7/16" handrail measures 2.000" wide by 4-7/16" tall. The profile is composed of a 2" wide round top that transitions into a centered 3/4" wide by 2-1/2" tall rectangular piece with a 1-9/16" wide by 1/4" deep milled dado for installing a mounting bracket, there is also two 1/8" radius at the very bottom of the design. The profile is designed to be milled laying horizontally flat with the whole round against the inside fence; it will be profiled from the right, top, and bottom cutterheads, and a 5/8" shim will be required on the machine's last bottom bed plate to receive the pattern as it exits the machining station.
