This beautiful 1-1/16" outside corner measures 1.062" wide by 1.062" thick, permitting the detail to be milled out of five-quarter lumber. The modest symmetrical profile is composed of a 1-1/16" wide line segment with a 3/16" eased edge on both the top and right side of the design. The rabbet dimension is 3/4" wide by 3/4" tall. The detail is machined by cutting the round-overs from the vertical side cutter heads. The rabbet is milled from the top cutterhead.
