The profile design is composed of a 15/16" radius on the top side of the design and an 11/16" radius on the bottom side of the design. This radius corner measures 1-5/16" wide by 7/16" thick. The side has a 1/4" wide fillet on both edges. This pattern design is machined on an industrial molder's top and bottom spindles; both profiles are included in the downloadable dxf file.
