This radius corner 3-1/2" measures 3.500" wide by 1.731" thickness, requiring the use of a 3-3/4" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat on an industrial molder. The time-honored profile gets installed on interior radius corners so the base molding can butt into the side edges. The profile contains a 1-1/2" radius convex arc tangent from a 31/32" beveled line on top. The bottom consists of a 3/4" radius concave semicircle tangent off of a 27/32" forty-five-degree angled line, leaving a 7/8" square edge for a 3/4" thickness baseboard to butt into when installed.
