This standard 3/8" - 1 inside corner/glass bead (WM-148) measures .375" wide by .375" thickness. The profile, also referred to as a glass stop, putty, or glazing bead, is comprised of a 1/8" wide horizontal line connected to a 1/8" radius cove attached to a 1/8" vertical line, joined to a 1/8" quarter circle positioned on the thin side of the pattern.
Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split-two profile. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend installing an anti-kickback device on the moulder before performing any milling operations that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces. Our eminence derives from over thirty-five years of experience and superior functionality of all our designs.
Caution: while milling, the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates. We recommend using a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
