Corner 3/4" - 22 (WM-200)

This traditional 3/4" - 22 outside corner guard (WM-200) measures .750" in width by .750" in thickness. We suggest using 1-1/8" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The time-honored pattern gets cut sprung (like a triangle) to avoid milling complications while simultaneously reducing lumber cost. The milling dimensions are 7/8" width by 9/16" thickness. The detail retains an elliptical arrowhead shape with a 1/16"- wide fillet on each edge of the 90-degree design. The back-side rabbet is 9/16" wide & tall.

Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend installing an anti-kickback device on your machinery before attempting any milling operations that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
