Mullion/Muntin Moulding 1-1/2" - 2

The cope and stick profile is comprised of ovolo edges divided by a 3/4" wide fillet in the center, the rabbet on the bottom of each side measures 7/16" wide by 5/8" tall. There is a total void of .006" on the female side cope, this is generally milled on a shaper and is included in the downloadable dxf file. The knife design includes the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
