Mullion/Muntin Moulding 1-7/8" - 1

This mullion molding measures 4-1/16" wide by 1-7/8" thickness, often referred to as a T mullion because it resembles the letter, the design has a double 1/8" radius top, 1-1/2" at full width, and the center bar thickness is 7/8" with 1/16" radius bottom. The weatherstrip groove will have to be milled with a universal spindle on an industrial molder or be milled after production on a table saw, this operation will increase manufacturing time.
