The profile is comprised of a 1/2" radius half-round circle with a good blend area on each side edge of the pattern. Be aware bullnose profiles are generally milled from vertical spindles, and they are not intended for milling half-round profiles because of the extra blend area incorporated in the knife design. This extra knife extension would strike the bedplates of the machinery. If you're looking to mill a one-inch half-round pattern please search in that category. The same predicament holds for half-round details, they are milled from the top horizontal cutterhead, and the knives will come within .020" of the machine bedplates; they do not have any blend areas built into the cutter design, so if you try to mill a bullnose with these types of blades, you will experience knife-edge indentations in your finished moulding, rendering the product unsellable.
