This 1-1/16" bullnose measures 1.062" in thickness; the width can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to machine the pattern. The round edge profile comprises a 17/32" radius bullnose edge tangent off the top and bottom sides. This pattern has literally hundreds of applications within the woodworking industry, but a stair tread edge is one of the more popular uses for this detail.
