This bullnose measures 1-23/32" in thickness, and the width is set to the desired size at the time of manufacturing. The profile composes a 55/64" radius tangent to both face sides of a piece of lumber with a measurement of 1.718" thick. The knives have a 1-1/16" depth of cut, this will leave .026" of blend area on both edges of the blade while milling.
