This decorative stair nosing 1-5/8" - 1 measures 1.625" width by 1.312" thickness and requires using a 1-7/8" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The applied profile contains a 1/2" radius bullnose on the top left. The one-inch half-round connects to a 3/16" wide fillet in the center, merged with a 7/16" cove, leaving a 9/32" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
