Nosing 2-1/8" - 6

The stepped profile is comprised of a 7/8" wide half-circle with a 1/16" radius that transitions into a 1/2" wide by 1/4" deep stepped fillet attached to a 3/4" broad straight line with a 1/16" radius edge, leaving a 3/8' thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern. The machine operator can move the pressure shoe element forward laterally and seat the pressure shoe in the center flat area while milling.
