Nosing 3-1/2" - 3

This floor nosing 3-1/2" - 3 measures 3.500" wide by .938" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled from five-quarter lumber. The purposeful profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall groove on the left side to receive 3/4" thickness flooring, the right side consists of a 15/16" bullnose edge, and the bottom is rabbeted 2-1/4" wide by 3/16" depth to overhang the edge of the flooring giving it a finished look in areas where edges will be exposed.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for producing knives for this creative flooring pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken computer numerical control (CNC) tool path expediting the production process. Our acrylic templates provide sufficient blend areas on the knives so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends, these specific design features will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
